Hi,
I am sorry to hear that.
If I were your treating Doctor for this case of pain in right upper abdomen, I would come up with two possibilities, these include:
Gastric ulcers: Ulcers in stomach. Pain in upper abdomen and pain getting worse after eating are common symptoms in gastric ulcers.
You can take PPI (
proton pump inhibitors) like
omeprazole 20mg twice daily.
Decrease excess salt and avoid alcohol, smoking, any spicy food.
If you are taking aspirin or NSAIDS for any pain- stop taking them.
Drink plenty of fluids.
For vomitings: You could take Tab.
ondansetron whenever you feel nauseated.
2.
Gall bladder stones: Pain in right upper abdomen and pain getting worse after eating fatty foods are common symptoms in gall bladder stones.
You need to get
ultrasound scan done for your abdomen.
And further follow-up with the surgeon.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
